Challenge: Give the first user a good experience

Why?

• If the first student entering does nothing, it's more likely the second one neither will do anything
• If no students does anything, we have a ghost town. And we don't want ghost towns.

In other words, its all about making the first students joining the community do a specific action. Then the second wave of students is more likely to follow.

How to prepare

Suggestion:

1. Be sure to add the first message in all communities
2. Clearly instruct the students what to do. Examples:
   • Introduce themselves in a topic called #SayHi
   • Participate in a vote by clicking emojis
   • Find a study group in a topic called #find a study group
3. Get 3-5 other users to to the action before the first student is invited. This lowers the social barrier for other students to do it as well.
